Vedic astrology, or Jyotisha, is a vast ocean of a subject, part and parcel of an even bigger ancient one, a Vedic super science, thousands of years old comprising of not only astrology but Ayurveda, Yoga and Vaastu. I am merely just a drop in this ocean. All astrology readings are based on the interpretation of planets and symbolic patterns represented in one's chart. While we try connect and predict patterns between different fields of Sciences, Astrology does not serve as a substitute for professional medical opinions, legal advice, expert financial guidance, or the use of your own best judgement and free will. There is no 100% guarantee of accuracy, outcomes or timing of events.

Sunny Readings accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions that a client decides to make based upon a reading, report or consultation with Sunny Readings or information gained via associated social media platforms of Sunny Readings (Youtube, Blogspot, Soundcloud etc,).

Anyone suspected of trying to scam, extort, abuse, steal, disrespect, harass, or present falsified information to this business will be barred from all communication, products, business premises, and services for an indefinite amount of time and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 

You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Sunny Readings and his associated accounts on various media platforms or any other related sites using the name Sunny Readings or his legal name anywhere including, his heirs, relatives, representatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known legal forums.

All personal information collected by Sunny Readings is solely for the purpose of delivering products and services to our valued customers. This personal information is not shared with any third-parties, except those trusted third-parties required for providing the products and services being bought (ie: the computer programs). By agreeing to this Privacy Policy you consent to Sunny Readings using the information you provide to process and deliver the products and services being bought. All information given is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Should you provide us with the information of an additional person we assume you have obtained the other person’s consent and will continue to provide you with the products or services you pay for. The private information you give to us (birth date, time, location, and name) will be deleted from our files once the product or service has been successfully delivered to you. If you provide us with the personal information of someone other than yourself you assume responsibility for these actions. Should you discover that a client has provided us with your private information without your consent, the issue is to be cleared with them, not with Sunny Readings.

All private information you share with Sunny Readings is to be kept strictly confidential. Not only will we not share your identifying information with others, we will not share details of private conversation that takes place between yourself and this business. One notable exception, however, is if you have been accused of harassment, threatening behavior, challenging remarks, or if you go out of your way to start a conflict between the Writer and yourself. In this case, your name/username and your inflammatory remarks may be made public.

There are, of course, other legal exceptions for why Sunny Readings may have to break confidentiality. If you are seen to be a threat to yourself or to others; if a child, elderly, or dependent adult confesses to being (or is suspected of being) harmed in any way; if a court orders the records of our exchange; these are all examples of why we may have to contact the authorities. Outside of legalities, however, we promise not to divulge any information you give us to anyone else.

Sunny Readings will not provide any fatal predictions (e.g. death etc.) as it can have much negative effect on psyche. However the reports will give an overview - of general good and challenging times and suggestions such as possible great year for relationship or year where you should invest carefully, possible remedies etc. However Sunny Readings will not be legally liable for any action which you may take based on this reading/ report.

Under no circumstances may the recordings, reports, readings and information shared via email, zoom,  whatsapp or telegram be shared, duplicated or published without the express and prior agreement of both Sunny Readings and the client to whom it concerns. This same policy applies to any videos, audio notes, music and information shared on social media platforms associated with Sunny Readings. Any publication, duplication or sharing of any reports, recordings, readings or consultation sessions must be agreed upon in advance, in writing.

All readings take into consideration an accurate time of birth. Most clients look forward to understand their divisional charts, so please make sure your birth time is accurate. The less precise the time of birth, the less precise the predictions. However, you can still benefit from a reading, as Sunny Readings will still be able to give you a general reading.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Otherwise, you will be fully charged for the reading you have opted for. For re-scheduling a consultation, I require at least 24 hours notice. Sunny Readings will do his best to accommodate you.

Based on the current volume and number of readings at particular times, the turn around period may range from 30 – 45 days. All readings are curated by Sunny Readings himself, based on the detailed nature and type of the specific reading the waiting period to receive your report or reading may vary.

Due to the nature of the service, there are no refunds.  You are paying for astrological guidance based on the time Sunny Readings has devoted for an insightful study of your chart.  Please consider this when making a purchase. No refunds will be made once the reading is provided to you.
