The calculation of various Kumbh melas is based upon Jupiter returning to Aquarius. Shatabisha is ruled by Varuna, who is the lord of the waters of space and time. With Jupiter here, there may wisdom in philosophy, law, morals and ethics. One can have access to tune into higher realms of the collective consciousness here.
