A. Client is a Leo Ascendant with saturn rahu combination in the 6th house.
 
10th from the 9th house deals with past life karmas. Saturn rahu is in your 6th house Capricorn in bhava chart. Debt to maternal side relatives, knee associated injury and idiopathic arthritic like symptoms can be seen. Community related service, prosthetic limb donation, spending time with the elderly or offering some form of help towards geriatric rehabilitation is recommended.
