What Age D9 chart is Activated

 
Q. At what age does a person activate his/ her D9 Chart? Whats happens to the D1 rashi traits?

A. D-1 is perennial, one does not stop being it at any age and D-9 is the inherent fruit or promise of it. It is present from birth but one becomes more aware of it as they mature.
