A. It’s like the focal point of the house that falls in Nakshatra Pada that’s same as the ascendant degree, so there’s more influence on it. Say your ascendant is at 2 degrees Gemini, the first pada of every sign become important to you. The nakshatra of the second house would be the first pada in cancer which is Punarvasu pada 4, the nakshatra of the third house would be Magha pada1, likewise and so on for the rest of the houses.

A. Graha yudha, malefic conjunctions or aspects with the 5th or 7th lord, 7th lord transiting the 6th, 8th or 12th house are some general indications of this. And In this chart, Ketu in 5th house, 7th lord is in the 6th, Venus tightly conjunct mars in the 7th and Lagna lord in the 12th.
